Imagine being free from the burden of clutter in your life?

Clutter does more harm to our mental, physical and spiritual health than we care to realize.  For some of us, clutter may be that paperwork in the office or at home, that just grows in a seething pile of mess that we refuse to acknowledge is giving us the heebee geebees.  Yes, I’ve heard it said before “I know where that exact piece of paper is” – but how much pain is it really giving you, knowing there is chaos breeding, while you persistently ignore it?

It certainly breeds a lack of peace of mind, loss in productivity and profitability, and it becomes a heavier weight that you quietly try to ignore and loathe.

We may laugh and consider it of ‘nigh’ importance and even brush it aside as a low priority that you have ‘under control’.  Hah!   It’s got you fooled.  The effect of  ‘that clutter’ begins silently as the cause of headaches, irritability and frustrations, which in time, becomes stomach ulcers, arguments, relationship issues, and even financial problems.

Don’t be fooled by the innocence of your ‘clutter’ as it quietly grows in the corner.  Like any weed that is left alone, it grows and grows, until the whole bed is covered and the roots go deep.  You are then up to your eyeballs in weeds that will take a heck of a lot of effort and pain to pull out in order to re-establish fertile ground for the good stuff to grow.

The physical clutter in our lives does matter!  Whether it’s in the office, kitchen, bedroom, or garage – it eventually becomes mind clutter that takes up mental time, space and energy that could be otherwise spent being more creative and innovative for better and more fruitful things.  Once our mind becomes cluttered, we are no longer free or open to allow our spirit to be inspired to grow or expand.

Why waste your time and energy allowing ‘clutter’ in your world to suck the life and soul out of you?  There is a way to breathe life back into your mind, body and spirit.  Deal with the clutter and stop putting it off.

If de-cluttering your life seems too overwhelming or it leaves you feeling like you just don’t know where or how to start, then don’t fret.  De-cluttering your world is do-able and there is help at hand.

If you would like to be free of the physical, mental and spiritual burden of the clutter in your world – at home or in the office, then call me and find out how to feel free once again, to focus on what you really love.
